The bigger pic here shows that it's a crap market which usually leaves stocks with a crap share price.
Remember PLV went from $2.50 to .014 cents and back up to
$1.30 again now back to 6 cents. If things can go OK with PLV and the world economy picks up we will see PLV at much higher prices.
