Considering they've done a private placement at 2.5c.
presumably to one/several large insto investors.
another at 1.8c; again presumably to one/several insto investors.
that is a lot of stock in the hands of people (who are supposed to be in the know) at significantly higher prices.

we've not had any significant change of substantial shareholder announcements, so i think safe to assume they're mostly holding.

might argue if this thing was going down the drain, they would have dumped/ found a buyer of the stock a while ago.

not sure if my logic adds up correctly, but ...maybe lean towards a buy at these prices?
