its certainly further evidence that the ramp up in brine based li supply will be more difficult and therefore slower than many anticipate.
the same hurdles that slowed ore and were a drag on sentiment/ sp are now going to be the factors that slow competitors who are far behind ore in development and this will boost the ore sp.
phase 2 will be smoother given the process and chemistry knowledge gained from phase 1, thus increasing ore's leverage against competitors to capitalise on high prices in the next few years.
