ORE is at the mercy of shorters until they have unwound their positions.They can bat the shareprice all over the place through the multiple identities and shake out those with stoplosses .Because of the size of their holdings (they can short)while having a holdings below or above the 5% notifiable thresh hold unless they breach 5% above or below (which they have on a number of occasions)they do NOT have to advise ASX .Check out the notifications to ASX .It costs them very little for transactions ----as long as at the end of the day they can achieve profit in whatever form.
