Have said before there is simply no way Senegal Govt would have let this through to keeper ie approved by way of silence. ESPECIALLY after the 'go away and resolve this (amicably)' 'request/instruction'. This is nation building for them and it will have its input.

But let's say I am wrong on that belief. There is even less chance that, had it approved the deal by way of silence, it would not have informed the one company that had instigated the discovery through close ties that span over a decade and who continue to work closely with it. Ie FAR.
