Not sure if that's the case. Kangaroo has commercial volumes but given the current POO economies of scale and complexity are now a significant issues.
Lets say 135 mboe for Kangaroo, they were hoping for the same or more at KW. If they had success at KW they would have done another well there but that didn't deliver so whats the next option. Echnida - smaller than KW maybe the same as Kangaroo.
So lets say 250 mmboe in total.
Maybe enough to stand alone or get Repsol/Sinopec/Petrobras to start seriously thinking about Piracuca because that makes up to 800 mbboe if the Repsol figures are correct.
In the meantime - ugly
