Hoots I used 43% as the chance for Echidna, the 63% chance is pre-KW considering drilling KW and Echidna.
On another topic comparison to the the Roulette wheel may raise alot of opinions. If the oil is known to be present in the area technically every roulette roll should be taken out before the next roll, since every miss does not mean the oil disappears (more like mine sweeper if oil is there).
Anyways just commenting the company made a good call on the drilling campaign considering the odds involved, and looking forward to 43% CoS for Echidna (don't forget the 57% chance of failure LOLZ)
