JT the other way for investors to see it is whether they want production to be part of the stock?
And how quickly? Whether KAR ends up being in that category or not is potentially irrelevant. If Kar end up getting hold of a producer which is struggling, then they end up with a lot less capital, and a producer which is struggling, being managed by an inexperienced team.
Perhaps it's time to consider changing into a revenue earning stock such as Santos and ride the POO back up.
There's quite a few genuine producers who have halved in value in past 12 months with proven solid management. Since the risk/reward formula stopped applying to Karoon 2 years ago I think the time has come for a re evaluation.
