Truely think that the RBA should hold rates. We are just trying to stabilize the market after the G.F.C. and it is needed to bring confidence back into our market. We have just pulled through a massive melt down . The banks need to be carefull of not over heating the market with their variations to the R.B.A. decisions . Confidence has taken a massive hit and thats why people are investing more into investment homes that they can control, which inturn is pushing house prices up to stupid prices. With cnp there is a huge upside as most reits at the moment . Looking forward to more stabilizeation in the market .
