I agree raising has to happen. Although as atlunch has pointed out they could limp through to the IIa announcement, I do not think that is a wise strategy and would view it poorly. I am not sure I follow your logic after that point. What do you think will happen when Prana announce they have raised cash? Why do you recommend people short or to expect more falls when an announcement could occur at any time?

Looking at the last raising announcement I see the share price barely moved. As I think the funding is currently a major issue for market participants I would expect an announcement to be met with interest and buying pressure. Though market reaction seldom unfolds as I expect ;-)

Do you currently have a long or short position or do you intend to trade Prana? Are you are short term trader or long term investor?

Sorry for all the questions, I’m just trying to understand your logic.
