I complete agree Happy Cats. I think we're on the same page, but lets not confuse quality with specification.

Quality = reliably connecting to the other person, with no drop outs and minimal lag.
Specification = high bandwidth vs low bandwidth.

It's like the argument between a toyota and a ferrari. Toyota has excellent quality, for a lower specification.

I agree quality was not always great with Version 1.0, but my view is that it's much better now for calling with 2.0. Out of interest, and I know you're incredulous towards management but have you tried the app?
