patience - no news is not bad news Those of us shareholders loyal to GTG know that we are about to see an end to the frustrating applera court case and that settlement is imminent. We also know the business is now being exposed to the voracious appetite of a US market and that the company is in a solid cash position with lots of valuable ip under it's belt. Those who sold the stock down yesterday are creating an uncertainty that is unnecessary. These things do take time and we need to understand that any dealings with courts can blow any well-intended time frame to wrap things up. I am sure we will all be informed very soon but speculating about exactly what time an announcement will be made is pointless. We were told 9th Nov. in the US...it is still the 9th in the US and there is a whole day ahead. No news is NOT bad news!!
