    There is a new group- "national dental care" buying up dental practices.
    What National Dental Care is offering the principal dentist is 3xEBIT up front and 1 x ebit if figures still maintained 1 year later.
    So effectively they are valuing these small dental companies at 4 x EBIT.
    1300's EBIT is published so based on this valuation the company is worth 4 x EBIT
    Do the Maths!
