If this is the best we have then it pretty sad for Australia. The only thing that is clear is that this decision was based on race. If Adam goodes was not aboriginal, my mistake "ïndegineous" then he would not have been chosen. Just like affirmative action in the nineties it is now the decade of promototing minorities.
Just for a change it would be nice to see someone chosen on merit.
Given his behaviour towards a 13 year old girl's innocent comment's which was completely over the top he is not Australian of the year material
