    re: good or bad???? i believe tzl will bid with a private equity partner and then rather list at an industrial multiple they will accelerate intevia and then list on nasdaq at a tech multiple happy days here we come a company with USD2 bio in sales a little work in maybe rationalising the product range intevia becomes a major major focus and then list at a higher multiple.
