Have heard it all, why would anyone use this company.

Well sorry guys, I judge on results not talk and every year they do get more sales and hence more profit. Why do people use them, well essentially the same way people pay a premium in many, many other areas, they see value in the service.

Doesn't mean I have to use them myself to see value in their service, in fact I do use them and then go to the airline website direct to book but not everyone is as tight as me and given they are time-poor like the service provided.

Could someone set up another service, theoretically yes but practically many other have tried and failed, Webjet have critical mass and are only increasing their footprint at a time many others are struggling.
