Agree with all that imho except no. 5) is the other way around for me.
cws, look at wubing's posts. He hasn't done research, he hasn't read the prospectus where it states categorically that there is a large number of investors doing the sub-underwriting, that this was the case specifically so that there couldn't be any control issues if a lot of shares were not taken up ......
As a holder with losses perhaps you like to read such nonsense and believe in it. Your prerogative. But I would refer you to imho's point 2). And point 6).
