they know exactly waht SDL is and know the qauntum of all the other deals chinese have already lined up and waiting to go. The only thing holding back port rail infrastructure contracts is this keystone deal.

yuo have to remeber too Chinese see africa as a tresure chest waiting to be plundered.....make lotsa mooooney!
they not just in there for charity or to ease iron ore prices....this is about making money and securing future china growth, employement etc. if they walk away it will take long time to find another play like this and get all the ducks lined up, and will weaken china image...
