perhaps they should change their name to the BS.com , the main reason the chinese want this deposit and others around it is to force the cartel to drop their prices nothing more. Its a small price to save a lot of money for many years to come. In most cases such a t/o would be done at a massive premium but we have a board imo who have sold us out for a cheap bid that got cheaper.
