Agreed AgAu, Anyone who knows anything about this type of aquisiton knows that the buy starts with a low ball offer (they know this will be rejected- though hopefully released to the market). This creates share churn so the buyer can accumulate a position in a very tightly held stock before releasing the real offer. This way they can have a fighting chance when it goes to the SH vote. Exciting times ahead.
