    could be soon Dr after this frantic little sell-down this morning - if I'm right, it is for spooking those tired from holding for the announcement, trying to get them to feed into the low Bid -- really accumulation in the end -- before Bingo!... a neat little announcement lands in a timely manner on everyone's screens
