Novac, US house prices could be in for another big fall due to the next round of resets from the Options ARM loans that may be as serious as the Subprime loans. If this is to happen then the timing should be similar as before - namely the fireworks should start around mid 2011. However, I'm a little more concerned about what's happening in China. There's talk of the property bubble there bursting but as usual no one really knows in advance when it will happen. The bubble could go on for years, or crash any time soon.
