In answer to your question I think that Thomas had no connection with Sentient.Sentient appears to be a well run organisation that seeks value and has the funds to back its judgement. Its virtually impossible to invest with them.Give them a call or check their website. They always reply to my questions re when will Rincon list and what development is taking place on site.

Thomas's connection most likely was with Charge Res a company established on a $1 capital structure.My understanding via a shareholder was that Charge was going to employ Thomas and his buddies at Rincon as consultants. At the AGM an ADY exec said that was most likely given their expertise.

At the end it was stuff shareholders who purchased ADY for its lithium.

You see ADY could not sell Vallenar due to all its complications, poor production capability, outstanding debts, many legal disputations etc. I was told that not even Farkas could sell his share of the company for similar reasons.It was Rincon or bust from a sale viewpoint.

I guess it is pointless discussing it further. In my opinion and of course i may be wrong a certain person was looking after his own interests contrary to his duties.We all suffered thanks to his actions and shit management skills.

Thomas gave the reason why no Rights issued were made. He said that the Top investors were not interested. What he failed to state at that time was that he and his friends ( including Blumberg)held a large % of shares. Most likely they did no want dilution at that time.Opes then stuffed them when all their shares were sold by ANZ.

Lets wait for the JV and what the future may bring.
