Looks like the general market is moving toward stocks with more risk and the REITs are benefitting.
I agree with previous posts that Australand refinancing is a very good sign for gmg, shows that some of the banks are still interested - although maybe gmg has moved onto greener pastures!
Here's hoping for a solid close, if not a positive statement today!
