Unfortunately rocket you may be wasting your breath.
There is low volume in IOR for a very good reason i.e. recent announcements.
Sooner or later I can imagine people asking whether this has double bottomed.
Sure I am expressing opinions here as one who has never held a share in NSL or IOR.
I will of course be labelled a down ramper and so be it but just sometimes people on hotcopper do try to help.
