Fair call. However things don't move linearly. It was always going to be the case that the first plant will take the longest. Now that processes are established and staff have been trained we should see productivity gains and the ability to train future employees improve. I also suspect that if AP achieve anywhere close to what they are projecting that we could also see skill labour movement into the area.
