I wish you good luck if you want to hold EXL and hope for 1000% return in 1-2 years. The only thing I care about is that in 2 more quarters, it is very likely coming back to the market with a tin can again. The company will not grow its sales by more than 2x by the next 2 quarters and will not reach break-even point for a very long time (if at all). They stated that the costs could not be reduced further. So, it's mathematics here. The maths shows that it will reach the point where it needs to do CR again in 2 quarters. If it delays the next CR till 3 quarters from now, it would be perilous and the offer price may slip further. Sure, they may have a bit of a sudden pop and do CR right after that but that's not what you can really bet on.
If I get 50% profit this time, I will be very happy! A bird in the hand is worth 100 in the bush in this scenarioI would be happy with 10%. A profit is a profit. The stock of a company that has a track recording of losing money like crazy is not worth investing. It's just a trading vehicle.
