thorburn i agree i think the deal is good we are a very cheap company with a market cap under 100mil and will soon be 100 000 a year producer if you look at IGR and NST who produce at present just under 100 000 oz a year and there market caps are near 500 mil.Plus they have diluted the companies to get to this level over and over again with cap raises.

UML should really be around 28c a share i don't see why its so cheap.

Management are doing it smart increasing value with out much cost.
