    Sorry Terryl, the current exchange rate is A$ = 0.51 pence, so the actual conversion price to Australian under the offer is 1.7 Australian cents (a discount of 9% on Meo's closng price of today before taking the costs of doing business on the AIM). If get good news on Beehive expect the discount to be much larger, and then we can finally say bye bye MSMN.
