I also hold CWM and have done for a number of years. I agree company preformed well during GFC. Company has been prudent taking conservative calculated risks. Many other a-reits are still sorting out the headaches caused from the GFC.
Maybe share price is stable as it trades near to its NTA (compared to its peers). It also has a higher gearing level than many other a-reits. However it never had to raise capital for its balance sheet, only to fund further acquisitions.
A good stock, one I'm happy to hold long term.
