    Hi Guys,

I was waiting for confirmation that the last quarterly dividend of 1.5c was not a 'one off'. This quarter's 2.0c obviously exceeded my expectations and I increased my holdings yesterday and will continue to do so.

I noted in the latest narrative that DDR's major shareholders (who own 95% of DDR) are looking to release another 10% or circa 12m shares onto the market over the next 12 months.

Given that the free float is only 6m presently yesterday's volume represented circa 5% of the free float.

It is my thought that the major shareholders are slowly releasing shares onto the market and have decided that 50c is the appropriate price for them to sell down their holding.

At 50c they are leaving sufficient upside for new investors to find DDR attractive IMO.

Also, I think that the 2c dividend indicates that the current warehouse expansion of 5,000 m2 hasn't placed any undue strain on cash flows.

    Cheers
    John.
