'Our corporate advisors have strongly urged restraint in going forward to list in an environment that is not conducive to capital raising. Also, our advice is that the situation should be more attractive later this year and, hence, we have adjusted our targets on this basis and altered our strategic plan; accordingly, we are now targeting a late 2024 listing. Notwithstanding, we are keeping a close eye on the situation together with our corporate advisors.'
