To be fair he is CEO of Sprott US holdings. Sprott Private Resource Lending is the company that provide $60M US to fund the Cambodian project and have offered access to another $100M US to EMR.
Unless the names are just a coincidence, you'd hardly expect him to say anything other than positives ?
