I have a good feeling about the coming month. In a number of other companies that i have invested in a Cap raise normally is followed by some good news..
Thinking big world finance doesn't like to invest any money unless they are SURE they are going to make a percentage return.
Bonuses and commissions and investors depend on it!
With the amount of Tesla ads Tolga is posting on his facebook i can only loosely assume this deal may not be far away.
As for more offtake 'not' achieved well i would think the bottom end of the market is a no brainer simple financial decision for the smelters. The gravy end where $3000 per ton can easily be achieved is where i would rather be.
