A close above 24c is what's needed for CUE to technically take off (pipe bottom completed on weekly chart). Just doesn't look anything like doing that in the short term. Bought for the trade, and since that didn't work out (who's done that before?!), will hold into the end of the year for the fundamentals to kick in.
