I reckon you'd be selling at close to the bottom ...not that that's any recommendation - just what I think. I've been in and out of NWH twice in the last 6 months and came out well in front both times.
It's got a good BS , good dividends even if you discount future a bit , and it's got cash.
I got in again at 1.20 average the other day - maybe it's now stablising a little after a big sell off and further capitulation yesterday.
But don't tell me I'm a goose if it goes further south - I'll know that I am before you remind me !!
