Very few companies trade below a market cap of $5m unless they quite literally having nothing going for them (used to hold BRO, which is a joke, currently trading 0.01 with market cap of $6m). So I imagine the only bad news that could send the price down any further (with the current market cap of $6m) is
a) Going into administration
b) Capital raising on the way

There was an offer not long ago from the Melbourne based group that would see the company turned cash positive, but this was declined as management believed there were more favourable options. Lets hope this was the right move, I guess the US has rattled things up a bit.
