    Yes it seems counter-intuitive that POSCO believes sufficiently that the expansion will go ahead to agree informally to offtake yet exit its equity exposure which would arguably receive a massive boost if the next positive catalyst for the expansion actually came through.

    Contradictory messaging, market clearly not convinced.
