psi, from COK point of view, the company doesn't make loss on this transaction. COK issued 46mil shares to POSCO and used the fund to buy 30% of Hume. Now to buy back the 30%, POSCO has to cancel all the shareholding in COK. it's POSCO made loss. But it's sort of mixed information here, the shareholder may wonder why POSCO wants to sell the 13% shareholding in COK for so cheap. the good part is at least the sale of non-core assets is going forward. hopefully the funding and refinancing issue can be solved and the offtake can be locked in...
