So, the question is why would COK want POSCO out?
- absolutely desperate for cash (hope not)
- improve the value in a cap raising
- the deal was not a major ripoff and COK may realise that . Hume is a no-go (very possible)
- anyone else?
Hume has the numbers, historically loaded and largely unexplored, but for good reason. Liberal heartland and major connections politically and commercially. Multi-million dollar properties cover a large swath of the area.
POSCO might have wanted out, but to want Hume astounds me. Again, they may have no idea want kind of fight they are in for in Hume and blinded by the numbers in the ground.
It is a complete waste of time IMO.
