Its an interesting point you make.

Our market cap right now stands at a piddly $50m.

We are talking about JFE Shoji buying up to 50% of the project for a $100m.

Maths doesnt add up much. They would be better off coming into a share transaction much like the SK deal that blew up at a premium to the share price and getting exposure to the project that way.

Getting Posco out with a blocking vote of 13% might be a precusor to such a move.
