Fair comment. WEC hope the Singapore court accepts the upgrading process was working and the collapse of Tabang was the fault of Bayan due to refusing to supply coal and selling it into the market to bag a profit. If that is the outcome then that will be pleasing all-round.
Holding quite a lot of shares in WEC as a pure punt on Singapore but slight hopes, in mind, of a recovery in coal prices.
Don't agree with you that WEC is going to fail and think the present experienced board of directors will get this company out of the 'coal' woods and into the upgraded thermal coal promised land.
