a$50/tonne ($5/carat uncut) = profit line for cfr
Thanks Sandy_Beaches, I got options in the very final batch that came up at 0.4c. In the last ten minutes in fact. A price never to be seen again now. I was prepared to wait till Christmas to be in the money. Wow CFR=4c already. Options should start going cent for cent with CFR soon.
That was $400 I was prepared to totally discard. What a fabulous risk-reward situation. Shifting and sifting dirt is profitable at A$50 a tonne revenue based on figures I recall seeing for diamonds. Phosphate dirt digging and drying also comes in quite profitable at A$50 in revenue. What about coal - around A$50/tonne too.
There are 10 carats per tonne. Can you imagine there not being a revenue of $5/carat uncut? That''s all they need. And with the Packer publishing and broadcasting monster machine behind them the marketing depth could be fantastic. Imagine the Sunday Sun novelty special buy.
I just "Blew up the calculator" working out how much I am gunna make wth my $400. (LOL). I'm holding and holding and even at 10c I might still hold some more. For those big option holders of you that have already blown up your calculators, CFR=10c would be a profit of $5,600 on my humble $400. Is this my first 10-bagger?
On a similar note, today I got $300 of DIOO for 1c each - again money I'm prepared to say goodbye to. But if the NOI comes in before the options expire I expect to do well - only 4c to go before 31 Jan 2004 from a DIO price today of 14c which looks to be in a good up-channel. Can you imagine all those anxious big DIOO holders constantly ringing the WA DRE? A deluge of phone calls. Sniffing out the watering holes etc.
Do your own research - I could be wrong
