the KPIs for directors seems to be purely the number of meetings attended - not good enough though making the directors contributions more transparent to the shareholders - making board minutes public could be an interesting strategy though doubt there would be much appetite for this at board level. Lifting the corporate veil to keep the buggers honest - absobloodylutely - maybe we need an Elon type?
