Regarding valuation, ACF is valued at an EV/EBITDA 24 of 5.5 x (based on their guidance).
They did their last acquisitions at lower multiples :
. Benchmark Scaffolding, in March 24, acquired at 3.8 x EBITDA ("in line with previous acquisitions multiples"),
. MI Scaffold, in Nov 23, acquired at 4 x EBITDA.
