Looking at SRE's 1/4ly report for sept 2011. They state RCP is Drilling in Nov.
Also they (SRE) are in the process of entering discussions with interested parties re their 34.04% stake in RCP.
DCM is taking SRE's investment in MZI.So I assume they are not interested in RCP or they would have taken that also.
So I assume their stake in RCP will be sold so maybe the trading halt is re the takeover of RCP now that SRE is dumpimg its stake?
