Hi mmartin,
you know, 20 years ago it was sufficient to have a 'dotcom' in your name and your marketcap went crazy. And also today's tech giants were/are valued very very optimistically.
What I want to say is that sometimes the outlook counts more than anything else. Your remark is totally correct, but I refer to what's possible in a bullish market. And it seems that this bullish sentiment is returning to the rare earth sector. E.g. the market now ignores completely the problems LYC still has in Malaysia. And LYC can't sell rare earths to the US right now either because they have contracts with the japanese afaik.
And ARU's outlook is just nice, they have the resource, all the studies and reports and the DFS, support by the government etc. So there is a good chance that the marketcap multiplies even without a plant in the backyard...
