good indicator: gold set to take off ...

I couldn't help but notice on CNBC today the incessant references to both Warren Buffet and Bill Gates who were advising everyone to stay well clear of gold.

We even had Buffet guaranteeing us that farmland will have well outperformed gold in 100 years time.

What a load of complete crap.

If we all lived for a few hundred years and so we are concerned how our investment might be faring if we held for 100 years then that point of Buffet's might be worth listening to.

Quite frankly he was talking paper bug downramping rubbish imo.

Things must be getting quite difficult and desperate continuing to hold gold down and trying to keep mainstream investors out of gold - guess that's why Buffet and Gates
were used to attack gold.
