yes we have been diluted, as this was tranche 2 ticked off. Still tranche 3 and 4 to come. You fail to mention what the shareholders get for being diluted.
An end to end solution with port & benificiation access in china, funding for irvine project & offtake agreement to come. We will have approx 300 million shares on offer, compare that to the plethora of other juniors land locked in the pilbara who have 1 billion+ shares on offer with an inferior product and have no access to rail/port in Australia.
the only people happy with the SP are those who bought in the mid 20's as initial holders, the fallout from the June PFS has been well documented and whats done is done. Our only path is to continue ticking the boxes to become a mining company (Oct 2012!) and the SP will take care of itself.
