It may be so. But, what we mustn't forget is that they are buying their shares at a premium of 22.5% or thereabout, of our current sp. No favours there if you ask me.

Besides, they are giving us money that we badly need.

And, if you are worried about dilution, what is wrong with accumulating at these low level prices, which are cheaper than what timeone is paying, lol.
